How to modify gear (Tom Clancy's The Division)
How to modify armor, gloves, backpack? With weapons, everything is simple, you press F and the modification menu opens, and for clothes, F is not active all the time. Whatever things I pick up or buy at least green or blue, F is not active, although I have several modifications. Maybe this is a bug or something I didn't understand5 Comments

The item must have a slot for modification, not everyone has it. Then f will be active
