Game is buggy (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

As an option, download the repack with the latest patch, I had something similar in earlier versions of the game only with characters, they stupidly disappeared somewhere, delete all the mods (if any), it's funny, of course, but you can try to change the screen resolution, in some games with it helps with similar lags, you can try another save save, take it from a friend or download it, preferably a save save before the moment of taking / interacting with a buggy item and see how the game will behave with them
