How to open a card 100%? Examined and painted over absolutely everything !. Even dubious places and all sorts of distant corners on the sites of adjacent territories have been passed several times, but it still shows 99.98%! Or is this one conceived by the developers (99.98%)?! ..Zahodilkin

drove EVERYTHING, that's just the point. I read it on the forums, people faced a similar problem in ETS 2. (99.98)
I've done research, look under the big junctions in Reno and Las Vegas, and garages and recruiting agencies. Well the entrances and exits to the freeway in Los Angeles.

there are hidden roads and passages in the game. the incentive has a guide where to look for them (there may not be all roads found)
in ets2 there was a mod that opens "unbroken" places, in the sense that you can see them. I don't remember the name, I think if you find it, it will be easy to screw it to ATS
