Mask can be created by right-clicking on any shape and transforming the shape into a robe, but to repair the robe you need 5 pieces of a form and 5 paints

It is only in the HLA mod that you can do this. In the original game, the camouflage cloak can be found first at the Base when completing the "Secret Documents" quest given to Cyrus Lond in Las Vacaciones. at high CGL they start to appear on sale.
