Secondly, with his departure from Cyberlife, everything is not very smooth - there was clearly some kind of conflict and perhaps Kamski is thus trying to restore power and / or avoid a third world war (reports of clashes in the Arctic and the subsequent "freezing" of the conflict on both sides due to the problem of deviants). Or, as a true scientist, he simply opens Pandora's box and looks at what happens. In any case, he "plays God", which is quite clearly shown in the game.

Perhaps she was the first with whom Kamski experimented, she rebelled against the creator, Kamski dumped and then Amanda steers his brainchild as he wants. Plus, as for me, Amanda is a typical deviant at its worst - she behaves like an unprincipled, sneaky, deceitful person, ready to walk over corpses.
