Sound issue (Tom Clancy's The Division)
Guys I do not know who came across no, I often hear nothing except steps and this is wildly annoying. I can not listen but the dialogues of June's missions of the environment, only steps. Audio Issues on PC The Division
Another issue that may arise is audio issues.
Change the sound quality in the settings:
Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar
Select Playback Devices
Click on your default device
Open properties
Switch to the advanced tab
Select standard Format 16 bit, 48000 Hz (CD Quality)

SinLaif restore sound settings. For example, you turned down the sound of effects and music in the settings, but the steps remained.
Just reset the settings to default, that's the only way.
If you want to turn down the volume, turn it down through the mixer.
