How things are now with Batman with optimization. (Batman: Arkham Knight)
I'm going to buy an Arkham Knight, but I'm afraid the game will slow down, etc. My hardware is i5 4440,8GB DDR3, GTX 970 G1 Gaming.On my i7 4790k, 8 gigs of RAM and 960 with a license on ssd with not maximum textures and without core anti-aliasing, the fps is stable at 60 with vertical sync enabled, without it it keeps under 70 with peaks up to 100. Drawdowns were on the betmobile, but extremely rarely and in non-essential moments - you can ignore it. The main thing is not to be overwhelmed with textures and adjust the settings so that you do not get out of the available memory of the video card.
If the required resolution is 1080p, there will be no problems, if it is 1440p or something larger, then there may be problems. At worst, if you ate less than 2 hours to play, then in steam the game can be returned.

If the textures are not at the maximum, then there will not be enough video memory and the fps will be below 60, by how much - and hell knows how lucky. But if you throw them off, then there will be no problems, but you should not worry about the muddiness, for 1080p more or less medium will be enough.

When there was only a pre-order, then there was a need for a giga 3 in the recommended ones. I did not take it because of his requirements, I thought that either it was nonsense or there was no optimization. And when it came out, negative reviews about optimization immediately appeared everywhere. And I was delighted that I did not take and did not suffer with optimization. The developers spat on the PC.
On my config it did not fall below 70, I play without nvidia buns. All settings are ultra.

I have a similar hardware, only 16 gig of RAM, at maximum speed with all gamework effects flies without drawdowns, the internal game performance test gives an average of 78 FPS.
I advise you to take, the game is very cool and the graphics are one of the best in 2015.
