Why don't new skill points appear anymore? (Far Cry: Primal)

It's not clear why, but skill points do not appear, although experience is given for tasks. Can this be fixed?

I had the same rake .. I understand that I have reached the maximum level and to get skill points I need to run along the sides.
That's why they made a reward of 1 skill point .. the cunning ones know that very few people run around the sides
