How do I fix the walls in the Castle? (Fallout 4)

Hello! I saw somewhere a screenshot of the wall of the Castle sealed with iron. Is there some kind of quest or very well placed metal walls? I just can't do it either (

You stick the foundation into the rubbish and the sculpting of the wall.

Nafig walls? There are fences there. I put up a fence and on the sides there are iron rods with a thorn, fig you will pass.
