Hanging in games

Hello. My computer freezes in FIFA 16 and Crysis Warhead. The event log writes kernel power. Mat. board: Asus b85m-g, percent I5 4570, video Inno3D GTX 970. When replacing the board with Msi h81m-e33, the following errors appear in the log instead of kernel power:
