Character creation and rewards! (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Guys, please tell me I don't like the character I created, I want to create a new one, but the fact is that I have already passed the prologue and took the awards from the reward merchant (firefighter's cop, etc.) So if I start the game again (create a new character) Will I be able to reclaim rewards from the reward merchant? or are they disposable? Many in general cannot receive awards, now hardly anyone will be able to answer this question, check it yourself - it will take about 30 minutes to reach the keeper from the beginning of the game, if you do not bother.
