How to complete the Assassin Colonel mission (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

It seems that all tasks are accompanied by prompts - an indication of the order of execution in the upper left corner of the screen.
Sometimes I had to replay several times if I did something wrong or at the wrong time. Simply, I went to the table and started with the last save, usually, everything was cleared up and carried out. I blew up trains, barges, warehouses, but, specifically, I don’t remember such a task, I didn’t have it yet.
