Freezes and stutters (South Park: The Stick of Truth)

About half a year ago, I played everything was fine, without glitches. And now I decided to replay it - the game periodically freezes and stutters.
With iron, everything is definitely in order: it is all new and much better than it was half a year ago. Win7x64.
