Infinity Cleansing Bulwark does not fire. (Borderlands 2)

As I wrote in the title, Infinity Cleansing Bulwark does not fire. I re-logged 5 times and knocked him out 3 times, but he does not shoot at any. If anyone had it and you solved this problem, tell me how. Please!
