Homemaker / Expanded Construction: Where to Find Institute Walls? (Fallout 4)

I just can't figure out where to find the walls of the institute. I even put a mod that the whole thing should unlock the case, but they are not there. Tell me how to make them. PS mod is not alone, I use Nexus Mod Manager.

Conflict with other mods. There the author adds more patches, try to install everything. True, because of this, my plants in pots and a couple of other things disappeared.

I planted 2 floors. The foundations from houses (by default) do not include the size of the squares of the floor and ceiling.
And the height of the walls is different.
