Rare Colts (Diablo 2)

I decided here on wigs to save Cain + return the gidbin on hele kl, but it seems that every single ring of the fallen ones is a complete speck.
Please tell me which stats of rare colts to pay attention to first of all in order to determine whether it is worth something or to sell it to akare. And in order not to lay out all 75+ rings for evaluation)
