I ask for help with optimization. (Fallout 4)

Help me find a mod, an optimizer (or whatever they call it, it doesn't matter), in general, 2 months ago I installed some kind of optimizer (downloaded from pg) after it some textures turned blue (distant landscape), but the mod really helped a lot, it stopped glitching completely.
Good people, give me a little link or remember what it is called, I beg you, otherwise I decided to experiment and downloaded the latest version of the folach, installed it, but it is still buggy!
