There are no dialogues only in Russian and only at the beginning.
PS You need to start the game in English, run to the first portal, then go to the menu, switch to Russian and restart the game. The next time you start, all the dialogues are in place and in Russian.
I figured it out, first you need to turn on Rusik, make sure that there are no dialogues, including English, chat, and switch to Russian and voila, dialogues in Russian appear!
The problem with the first quest (conversation with the captain) - the captain himself is not. I looked on YouTube where he stands, I’m empty, I don’t even have a mark.

Solving the problem with titles and dialogues:
- To fix the titles in the video, you need to additionally replace the intro text file in the video folder with the file from the localization (open the archive and extract the intro file from it).
- In order for the new character to have dialogues, exit the game and start it again.
1. start the game in English.
2. We reach the first portal in the Crossroads of the Devil
3. Exit to the menu, change the language to Russian.
4. Restart the game.
5. The next time you start everything in Russian, the dialogues are in place. Checked. Everything works.
PS. If you have a left repack, then ask where you downloaded it from.
