Many people know that in the official license of GTA 3, a manual was included with the game. The same, only in Russian, is on the official PC-disk of GTA 3 from 1C. I decided to post it here.View and download (.PDF format)

You are confusing concepts. The manual is a booklet included with the DVD version of the game.
The Strategy Guide is a non-developer edition, not included with the game and
purchased separately. For the GTA series, BradyGames publishers are doing this.
The official guide is only approved by the developers, but not written by them.
It will be possible to try to translate some djvu editor into the Russian mov
DJVU - this is an uneditable format, which is a way of storing scanned
sheets of books, it is impossible to change it in principle. Redrawing each sheet of the book is
a titanic manual labor that does not make sense. All this information has long been in Russian,
and on a more complete scale. The value of the guide is that it was released immediately with the game.

There was a 2002 edition from Buka for PC not only in Jewel, but also in DVD-box!
