Installed at startup (Far Cry: Primal)

Every time I start playing a game, dx11, C ++, etc. are installed constantly at startup. Is this how it should be?

Well, a window pops up, but literally after 5 seconds it disappears, apparently it checks for updates.

you probably have antivirus or Windows protection system does not allow these programs to install .. try to install it manually. If the game is Steam, the programs are located in D: Games SteamLibrary steamapps common Far Cry Primal _CommonRedist (this is my case ... you may have it in C: Program Files (x86) SteamLibrary steamapps common Far Cry Primal _CommonRedist) there are three programs. install them and restart the computer
