A terrible drop in FPS in the smoke. (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Hello everyone, they bought a laptop for their younger brother, installed Cs: go, at low FPS settings from 90 to 120, but when there is smoke in front of you, the FPS drops sharply to 15-20, if you go into the smoke itself, the FPS becomes the same again, rummaged through the entire Internet I did not find solutions, the config of the laptop: gt 630m, i5 3210m, 8gb RAM. Can anyone have a similar problem, share the solution.

It's all about the processor. On a dual-core i3 550 4.32GHz drawdowns are up to 35 frames, and on a quad-core i5 4460 drawdowns are up to 230 in smoke. The video card in two cases was GTX 970.
