Endless game loading (Galactic Civilizations 3)

I'm trying to log in with a shortcut to a slave. desktop and stupidly endless loading! What can I do with this bullshit ?! It just hangs on this download. Systems: 4 GB of RAM, percent i3-2130 3.40GHz, vidyuha GTX 650Ti 1 GB
