Fps limiting (Dying Light)

hello brothers tell me how to disable the FPS limitation? Plasma 1920 * 1080 = 60fps, I turn on super resolution at 2560 * 1440 = 30fps, I turn on 3200 * 1800 = 30fps, i.e. fps is stable at full resolution, I would like to unlock 30fps at a higher resolution
