Abilities Lost (South Park: The Stick of Truth)

After the storming of the school, the next day, I noticed that 2 abilities "Freezing tornado" and "Piroshar" became unavailable for me in battles. At the same time, I still cannot upgrade them (points are spent, and the improvement is not unlocked). Did someone have this and can you somehow solve this problem?
