Description:
DLC invites you to a fun journey through the Wild West! Special pants will give you unique abilities and make you laugh: tornado pants will allow you to spin and lure more horses, prospector pants will allow you to produce more thoroughbred horses, fire pants will warm up, and rabbit pants will allow you to jump higher. And it will be even more fun with new characters.
In the screenshot, 4 bonus characters occupy the outermost slots on the right in the lower horizontal row:

The "The Wild West Pack" add-on is available for those who pre-ordered a special edition of the game (The LEGO Movie - Videogame: Special Edition).

In the original (in English) the same description looks like this:
"It's a rip-roarin 'good time in the wild, wild west! Get a chock-full of laughs and abilities with these special pants. Spin around and attract more studs with the Tornado Pants. Put on your Prospector Pants and spawn more high-value studs. Get all fired up with the Hot Pants and jump higher with the Jack Rabbit Pants. There's even more action with new characters: Old Ollie, Wild Will, Sudds Backwash and Rootbeer Belle. "
The word "stud" has many meanings, besides "stallion" (horse) - you can check it yourself.
I think that the inaccuracy of the translation from English to Russian is misleading. In fact, this refers to the abilities that new pants give: getting more parts after breaking objects and simplifying their collection - attracting them to the character. Not luring (pulling) more horses with their extended breeding ... :))
