Photoshop

Hi people.
A couple of days ago I updated my Photoshop CC 14.0 when I saved the file, I made a backup copy. Today, when opening the file, I saw the following message: "document" named. psd “cannot be opened in photoshop and cannot open files in the“ Adobe Photoshop program folder. ”
I have no idea what to do next, how do you open the file in situations like this?

You can use the first option if your .PSD file is really seriously damaged

And this is how I personally got out of such situations
Opened my computer, double-clicked the "C" drive, and then opened the "Windows" folder. Found a temporary Photoshop folder that looked something like this: "Photoshop Temp6382948398." Then I opened it with a double click. Found a file inside the temp folder that matched the name of the damaged file. Double-clicked it again to open it in Photoshop. Now it remains to click the "Save As" button in the "File" list of the main menu and save it in a different location and under a different name. Try it the same way, it might help too.
