As soon as I didn't jerk this button ... I lowered the resolution (it was 1280x720). Did 4: 3 and 640x480 - HELPED. BUT further on in the third series of pressing E this was not enough. Removed EVERYTHING to a minimum and restarted the game. Then I returned it back.
