Change screen resolution (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone. I can't set the screen resolution in Fallout 4 to 683x384. I write in the .ini file, but don't put it instead. Can anyone advise what you can do.
NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M graphics card. Screen resolution 1366x768.

The second option, Fallout run in full screen, but shows the upper left corner of the menu.
