Screen capture does not occur

Hello everyone. For some unknown reason, all screen recording programs (Bandicam, Dxtory) stopped recording video. They do not react to hotkeys in any way. MB anyone in the know what's the trouble ?! Or advise how to find out the reason. ps The last time I successfully wrote it down was 5 days ago and I don’t remember that I “cheated” something like that in the system for a similar problem to appear.
