People tell me pliz I can not make out with the increase in units! (Might and Magic: Heroes 7)

People tell me pliz I can not make out with the increase in units! For example, an increase of 21 + additional 21 should be 42 and an increase of 32 how so?

Maybe you've got such a week? I remember in the sixth part, and it seems that in all the previous ones there was such a week that reduced the growth of creatures. It was terribly infuriating.

To get an increase of 42 units per week - you can only build a main building in the city, using the "Tear of Asha", in other cities the maximum growth will remain at 32 units.
