Mat. board for AMD fx8300
People, advise your mother to disclose this percentageTake intel. Fx are dead, overclocking above 4.4GHz is even bigger than overclocking to 4.4, which gives only 7-9% gain) The meaning of a cool mother on a 990 chipset disappears. If you really want to take this drain amd, then look for a mother with an 8-pin power supply connector with 4-6 power phases and a decent radiator, because you don't need much to overclock to 4.4. The best option for the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P. The i5 bundle costs 4k more, but it is much more powerful and there will be no need for cool cooling

Look in the direction of the used market, for taking fx now is a waste of money. I7 2600k can be taken on Avito for 12 + mother for it for 4.
to reveal this percentage ...
at amd mothers sometimes the mysterious frequency of 4800 MHz is indicated. in the most powerful 5200 or so. One of these was the coolest asrok in the 990 line, but I hadn't seen it on sale for a long time. there is an asus suburb and there is also a couple from a gigabyte all on the 990 chipset.
but the percentage itself in quality can be lower than 8320-50 and the lowest of 9xxx. the older 9xxx had a very dangerous pitch, as it turned out, the frequency drop at the slightest overheating. that is, you cannot actually set an overclocking record on it.
and for 8300 any mother for 970 from 8-9 mowers will do. here you can not really choose, I think there is little chance that it will steadily go beyond 4.7 GHz without any turbo and frequency drops.

thought to take it, but they write that it behaves inadequately with the fx 83xx line
But the person above correctly said that it makes little sense to take FX now. AM3 + is a dead socket, nothing else will come out on it. So when buying fx and a mother for it, forget about the subsequent upgrade without buying a new processor and mother.
PS from the 8350 itself, but I was bought in 2013 and right now I bought a gtx 970 and overclocked the percentage to 4.7 - this is the maximum that my system can give me ... Well, you can overclock up to 5 in the air, but I'm not crazy

I'm fine, though I still have phenom, but in the summer I will also take fx 8300, before buying I watched a bunch of reviews, read forums, did not write any problems about inadequacy

Bios update and everything will work adequately. It makes absolutely no sense to give 8-10k for a motherboard on a dead socket. If it is off, then wait for zen. And what is the budget?

A friend had a computer on this mother with fx 8300. With a boxed bios there were double / triple switches, did not hold overclocking even to 4.2 GHz, dropped the frequencies and sprang. On the beta BIOS, all problems disappeared and the procyclist was overclocked to 4.6, but there is no point in such overclocking and therefore we stopped at 4.4 GHz.

I don't want to get into the overclocking jungle, I have enough stock frequency for now

Then don't look towards fx at all, even if you won't get into overclocking. Save up 2k and take i5 4460 (15800) r with MSI B85-G43 (6000r)
Make sure that the power supply to the MP is 24 + 8. AM + socket and there you like it.
