A question about modding. (STALKER: Call of Pripyat)

How do I add new hands? just add, not replace?
As I know in the outfit file, all the armor is spelled out and there is a section player_hud_section - this, as I understand it, is the arm, for example, the arms of the beginner's suit are spelled out like this: player_hud_section = actor_hud_01, and so! where? or rather, in which file is the so-called actor_hud_01 registered?
