Forgot password (Trove)

I know the password from Trove, but when I enter it, it says that "Waiting for a request interval has been exceeded. Please check the connection settings (Error code # 2025)" And I don't understand what this means, then I click forgot the password and I have this page in my browser not available.

I forgot my password what should I do ????
