Problems launching The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

Problems with starting WITCHER 2: "d3dx9_39.dll is missing" when you click Launch Game ... "XINPUT1_3.dll is missing" when you click Options ....... New hardware, Windows7 ..... I understand that something with DIrectX .... ??? Maybe someone came across ???

Try to download these files from the Internet and transfer them to system32

Just update / install DirectX. Reinstalling the game should fix the problem as well.
