Bow from the DLC Hawk Pack. Cards (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

I can not find.
There seems to be a hawk suit - what is it called a Kestrel?
And the bow is only standard in the weapon.
How to use the cards, I opened them, saved them, but how can I use them?
