my solution with sound in cut scenes: in the realtek sound driver, change the value of the speaker configuration (5.1, 7.1), change it to stereo or to Quadrophonic. The sound will appear.

Curious joint. My characters' speech in the cutscenes disappeared when 80% had already been completed. Everything is audible, but the center speaker is not. Is there no other way?
