Usually these files are located in the root folder of the game.
For dlc to work, they need to be written in a special file. In my version 1.0.4, this is the config.xml file, in it you need to add an indication of dlc in 2 places.
In version 1.0.4, Kasumi already has 44 suits, there is a dlc with slot numbers> 32. Is there a DLC tool using slots 0-255?
