Combat bug. Doesn't end. (Wasteland 2)

In the location of the titan canyon, entering into a battle with the raiders, I cannot end the battle. I kill everyone, but the battle continues. Among the raiders, when joining the bri, two do not attack, but surrender, as it were. They are highlighted with a green circle instead of a red one and do not engage in combat. But even after killing them, the battle does not end.
