Low FPS (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

Help, the game has a small FPS, about 15-20, how to solve this, the computer fits the recommended ones. I already tried to install version 1.3 of the game, they say, after it, they developed optimization for Mac, and thus puts FPS on windows. There is a solution?
