Quests are not displayed in the second Act (Diablo 2)

It so happened that the save game was deleted, so as not to replay the first tedious act, I used the character creation cheat immediately in act 2 (add -act2 in the shortcut to the game). But here's the bad luck, the tasks of the second act are not displayed, that is, there is not even such a tab, although the tasks themselves are issued and completed, but this is very inconvenient. Can this be solved somehow ??
