I noticed in myself that the swords glow in the same color, depending on which rune I applied with the extreme one.

what is the last stone to be placed to be red and what is the blue?

Red - Attack Power
Blue-Cyan - Sign Power and Freeze

I figured out the blue one, there was a red one left: D

ps. red also washed it down, thank you all, everyone is free xD
pss. I just liked these 2 colors the way the swords glow, so I had to pick up the runes.
