Pest Control: Krupov family mansion (Fallout 4)

I took this quest at the Institute. I come to the mansion, there are 2 chelas with quest marks on their heads. Cheto go here and there. There are no ghouls anywhere, because I had already cleaned everything up there. The quest is not completed or given up. Chelas only offer exchange.

Has anyone had this problem? How to solve?

As a result, the quest was completed. It turned out that the "ghouls" whom the Institute asked me to kill were 2 peaceful settlers (you looked like ordinary people). I still could not understand for a long time why green quest squares are burning on them ... irony yes))

I have a similar problem only in Jameika Plain - I also need to kill ghouls, but they are not there .... settlers are not marked
