Slows down during matches (FIFA 16)

Hello, last year I bought myself a fifa 16 on a pc, everything was playing well without lags, etc. Then he threw the toy. Now I decided to go play, but ran into lags during the game. And the game does not lag so much, it seems to have slowed down time, everything is happening too slowly, even 4 minutes lasts an eternity. I searched the entire Internet, but I did not find a solution to the problem, maybe you can help.
