In general, for some reason, this square is hanging in the completed ones! It is written, Collect the bones of a talking skull. Collected 5/5. Further it says Enter the secret room, Maedrilaid's abode.

This should not be. I specifically went through this quest and made screenshots of the task. After finding 5 bones, the task appears to take the bones to the skull. Collected 5 of 5 already bugs.
