What's in there (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
In the "Hearts of Stone" add-on there were 2 question marks near the ruins of Kilkerinn, 1 - the camp, and what is the second and how to get there?
I have the same situation. Most likely just a minor bug, there is only a bandit camp.

already had this topic. They wrote that there was a dungeon. But I could be wrong, I haven't checked it myself.
I covered everything there, perhaps not everything thoroughly, but I doubt that there is a dungeon. When I was directly there, the location indicator showed that the "object" was on the same level as Geralt. Not higher or lower (as with the catacombs). There is a bandit camp a little higher up the map, which I carved out to the bottom, but the icon on the map is still active. It's still a bug.

Please skip the screen on the terrain, I'll tell you for sure, or I'll get to the computer in the evening to see.

I removed the bandit camp in the filter on the map, there was only a question left. Not a dungeon or a hill, as indicated by the location indicator.

Alternatively, or come there at a certain time of the day, something may happen. But I'll come home and see
there is a quest location, about a treasure hunt, you need to find a letter and a key, but I just don't remember where I found it
If I remember the place correctly, then there is a small mini quest and it leads to a dungeon, the entrance to which can be found on the trail.

By the way, you have a question mark on the chest, and there is a letter inside, when you take it, then some achievement is given and this question mark disappears :) Just now I remembered ...
