Fifa 16 sags FPS (FIFA 16)

Hello everyone. I noticed that for some time the FPS sags in the game, at first I sinned on the game online, tk. The Internet is not very fast, but then I noticed a problem in offline matches, and it happens more than once per game. The entry and exit to the pause menu of the game helps, then everything becomes normal, but in an online game it does not always help out, you have to do the above method several times, naturally precious pauses are wasted. Please help me how to solve this problem?
