Noise from USB is this noma ?!

In general, I changed the MSI 785G-E53 motherboard to the GA-970A-UD3P (rev. 2.0)
I had a Phenom 955 processor, but now it keeps 3.8Hz stably without heating the power circuit even to 60 ° C, at the old board, he warmed himself strongly.
But I had portable USB speakers Ritmix SP-2011B as external accesses (https://market.yandex.ru/product/7962058?hid=2724669&nid=56181&clid=698)
They were certainly bought for the laptop, but since the laptop does not go anywhere , are sometimes used on a computer
So, on a new motherboard, they hissed, hissed quite loudly. I'm thinking of hanging a ferite ring on the power wire, but you have to go far to a specialized store for it.
I want to know, what can cause such noises via USB? Does the gigabyte design so ugly USB outputs that they collect all the inductive currents?
Because, as on MSI, the speakers hissed in the background, but quite quietly.
Or is it a consequence of the fact that the motherboard is trying to "charge" them and give them more voltage than it should be?
