Fifa 15 can't sign player! (FIFA 15)

And also so that all those who signed contracts with you can easily become part of your club. That is, you have 35 players, the team has a maximum of 42. I signed 8 free ones, that's 43 players - as a result, no one will enter the club. At least that was the case in FIFA 14.
