Constant download of files with each new start of the PC. (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)
Constantly with each new download of the PC, files are loaded from the Steam.The day before yesterday I had to reboot the PC and Steam began to download files on a new one. It was necessary to download about 130 MB.
I went to bed and turned off the PC with not downloaded files.
In the morning, it turned out that now you need to download 2-3 GB. I downloaded everything ok. We continued to download 130 MB every day.
Today my brother turned on my pc and thereby put a pig on it, though not on purpose. Now I'm downloading.
My speed is 240 KB / s. It will take a long time to download.
Currently downloaded 725 MB out of 4.3 GB. Wait 4 and a half hours.

What can be done ?
I played Witcher 2, Hitman and there was no such nonsense. What is the use of constantly downloading the same thing? Idiocy.
