Long booting time (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)

Is such a thing. Not played somewhere 2-3 weeks. Start today and incredibly long loading time. First to the start screen , then to the game ( a strip of 100 percent filled sooo slow).
Yes, the game at CDM. But before such problems was not and it loaded much faster.
How you can solve ?

Yes, it became better.
1 min 6 sec. launcher to games menu, 21 sec. from the menu in the game itself
was: 2 min 46 sec. to menu, 32 seconds into the game
